Our kitchen is based on the whole food theory by Colin Campbell and Rudolf Steiner. Their studies identified what, according to many people, is the ideal diet, source of wellness and reason to rediscover the original flavors of raw foods.
In our dishes, we use plant based ingredients in their closest form to the original status (wholesome food) avoiding refined produces. We put our experience and continuous research for innovation at the service of this idea. All off this to imagine “our carte” to follow the seasons.
